The FOH Assistant Manager assists the FOH Manager in running an efficient and profitable operation of The site. They are responsible for ensuring that the café meets Company standards in sales, staffing, product quality, visual merchandising, and operations. The FOH Front of House Assistant Manager assists the Café Manager with the goal of providing customers with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service. This position enforces all procedures in the absence of the Café Manager. They will be expected to have significant product knowledge and demonstrate positive, friendly and courteous customer service. They will be expected to show understanding of what is happening day to day and season to season in the cafe and to assist the Café Manager with growing the Company.

At least 1 year experience in a similar management role.
