To be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to guests at all times in accordance to the restaurants exacting standards. Candidates for the role are required to have strong knowledge of modern and classic cuisine and wines. Candidates must have excellent organisational and communication skill and passion for working in a fine dinning environment.
