Coffee Shop Supervisor job role

Are you passionate about coffee, community, and customer service? We are hiring a Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the team and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. The shop is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. You will also be required to work 2 Saturdays per month. Flexibility during these hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring top service.


• Manage and train a small team of staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.


• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.


• Handle inventory, cash handling, and basic administrative tasks.


• Engage with the local community, building relationships with regular customers.

Coffee Shop Supervisor requirements

• Previous experience within a similar working environment. 


• A Coffee Shop Supervisor with a bright, positive attitude who enjoys engaging with people.


• A can-do attitude is essential for a Supervisor who takes initiative, solves problems with a smile, and motivates the team to deliver excellent service.
