The Company

Our client operates a contemporary, unique gastro pub with 18 ^th and 19 ^th Century architecture still intact. This restored village pub offers delicious locally sourced food at an exceptional standard. The pub itself has a warm, welcoming and friendly feel, recently refurbished and opened, our client is looking for the people able to take this business in the desired direction.

The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join this kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a high standard. This role will suit a strong Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous looking for their first Sous Chef role or an existing Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location. Successful applicants are desired to have knowledge of working with fresh, nature inspired menus. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to step into a Head Chef role in the next six months.

· Experience in fresh food dining kitchens is desirable.
