Our client operates an independent restaurant based in the historic city of Bath. Serving freshly prepared, local, quality produce this restaurant is well known in the local community. Popular with tourists and locals alike this restaurant is the perfect location for a quick lunch or a luxurious dinner.
The role
We are looking to employ experienced chefs to take over Sous Chef and Chef de Partie responsibilities and assist our Head Chef. This is a small working team and you must be very hands-on, have previous experience in similar establishments and work well under pressure. The ideal candidate would be somebody who loves to work with fresh produce.
