• 45 hours per week

About you

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar setting  


• Possess professional cooking / hospitality qualifications


• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2


• Have knowledge of seasonal fresh produce


• A nature passion for creating mouth watering dishes
