Overview…
A stunning countryside pub is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.
As a Sous Chef, you will support the kitchen and Head Chef, produce Rosette dishes and oversee the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
You should have previous experience as a Sous Chef and have a confident can-do attitude. Working with a Rosette menu previously will also be an advantage.
