Overview…

We are seeking a Sous Chef for a Staff Eatery in the Bristol area of Avonmouth. This vacancy offers a balanced lifestyle with working hours of 8am–4pm, Sunday – Thursday.

As the Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with planning, preparing, cooking and presenting food. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Sous Chef, have a real passion for food and be enthusiastic on food and menu developments and new styles of service.
