Nestled within the serene woodlands of a vast 600-acre Cotswolds estate, lies an exquisite Multi AA rosette restaurant, which is an integral part of our esteemed 4 silver AA-starred hotel. As the Sous Chef, you will proudly present the finest sustainable Cornish seafood, offering a sumptuous dining experience amid tranquil hillside surroundings.
The Sous Chef will help lead a dedicated brigade of around 12 talented, congenial chefs, within our cutting-edge kitchen that exemplifies our unwavering commitment to excellence, boasting continuous investment and top-tier equipment, creating an environment primed for professional growth.
