Overview…
We are recruiting a Sous Chef from a Premium branded background to join this incredible company at their truly amazing venue. You will be joining a large established brigade, supporting the Head Chef, in an all-day operation, working with the finest ingredients, serving from Breakfast until late. You will have experience of working within a busy team in a fast-paced environment. You will have sound knowledge of European food from small plates, grills, sourdough pizza, healthy salads and snacks.
This role is ideally suited to those already working in a branded environment, eager for career development and progression with a highly rated company.
