Our client operates a fantastic Hotel near the historic City of Bath They are continuing to develop the Food & Beverage operation. This is a quality establishment so attention to detail and quality are paramount.

The role

We are looking to recruit a experienced Sous Chef with not only a passion for food but a commercial understanding of a business. This is a role for calm organized chefs that are career focused and can demonstrate a 2 AA Rosette background who want to achieve further acclaim for their food. With this hotel being part of a small collection of Hotels career progression is a real possibility.
