The Company

Our client operates a delightful, town centre restaurant that serves only the finest British food. C urrently operating at a 2AA Rosette level, the Head Chef here has worked in some of the finest kitchens in the UK and this is reflected in his presentation and flavour combinations. This property also boasts an exquisite wine and tapas dining area further enhancing their guest’s experience.

The Role

We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Sous Chef responsibilities and assist our Head Chef. Shifts would consist of splits and straight, working four and a half days out of seven. This would suit an experienced Junior Sous or Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the running of the kitchen. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential. Due to the location your own transport is a must.

What We Are Looking For

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience at Senior Chef de Partie level or higher.

· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
