The Company

Our client operates a luxury hotel set in the beautiful, historic city of Bath. The hotel boasts a wonderful multiple rosette awarded restaurant and are currently pursuing further accolades. Offering superb service, an extensive wine list and award winning cuisine the restaurant has earned a deserved reputation for one of the finest places to dine out in the South West.

The role

We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Junior Sous Chef responsibilities and assist our Head and Sous Chefs. Shifts would consist of split and straight shifts, working five days out of seven. This would suit an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the running of the kitchen and pursuing further accolades. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential.  Applicants MUST have experience working in multiple rosette kitchens.

What We Are Looking For

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or higher.

· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.

· Previous experience working in multiple rosette kitchens is essential.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience .
