The Client
Our client runs a charming country pub located in the picturesque Somerset countryside. They are an all fresh food environment and there is always a buzzing environment here. This busy venue has a high turnover and an excellent quality food offering. They provide such an experience, people keep coming back over and over again!
The Role
They are looking for a talented Chef to come in and had there own take to this award winning kitchen in the role of Sous Chef. They are looking for someone with the potential to cook to Rosette standards and have a passion for fresh, quality food. They must have a desire to ensure a quality dining experience for the customer.
What we are looking for
- Have experience in a senior kitchen role
- Someone strong enough to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Have experience using the freshest ingredients
- Be an excellent communicator, committed, reliable and confident.
- Demonstrate high skill levels in the kitchen
