Our client operates a group of chic city centre restaurants across the South West. They have announced year on year profits and are in the process of opening several new sites across the South West. From the moment you walk in you will appreciate the care and attention to detail, from the decor & ambience to the warm welcome from the staff. Our client continues to build a large following of happy customers.

The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join this fast paced restaurant in Bath. The ideal Sous Chef will have the drive to succeed along with the ability to control a busy environment in the absence of the Head Chef. The successful candidate will have the ability to nurture, train and progress junior members of the team along with ensuring the quality of food served. This is a fantastic opportunity as this upmarket steak house style restaurant is going down a storm and more outlets are planned so the opportunity to grow within the company is there for the taking.

·Experience in fast moving environments and the ability to keep a cool head and lead a team.
