Our client runs a fantastic traditional pub, offering highly recommended inventive British food in a welcoming pub environment. The small team of chefs use fresh, local, seasonal produce, to produce award winning food and an exceptional dining experience.
The role
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Sous Chef to join their team. You must have previous experience high standard kitchen, work well as part of a small team and be passionate about fresh local produce. This role is hands on but you will be rewarded with a great salary, plus tips and the chance for personal development and progression within the role.
