The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join this busy highly regarded team! Candidates must have experience of cooking fresh, local produce to 2AA Rostte stanard and sound knowledge of kitchen management. This role would suit a multiple Rosette experienced Senior Chef or Junior Sous with a minimum 2AA Rosette background in fine dining, luxury establishments. This is a perfect opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie who is on top of their game to join an award winning team and develop their skill set in one of the best kitchens in the South West Uk. Candidates must have a passion for Fresh food and kitchen life!
What We Are Looking For
- Recent professional experience at a Senior Chef de Partie level or Junior Sous Chef with in a multiple awarded establishment.
- A solid professional background at a minimum of a 2aa Rosette, which shows longevity through your previous employment.
- Experience working with in fine dining establishments.
- Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
- A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
- Ability to soak up information and skills.
