The Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join this fast paced restaurant in Bath city centre. The chosen Sous Chef will have the drive to succeed along with the ability to control a busy environment in the absence of the Head Chef. The successful candidate will have the ability to nurture, train and progress junior members of the team along with ensuring the quality of food served. They will need some pastry experience and ideally management in controlling costs and stock control. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous chef to get stuck into a fantastic establishment in beautiful surroundings.
