Our client is looking to recruit the right calibre of Chef to take on this key role in this fast moving operation. Our client is also renowned for offering training and development opportunities.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef who is very hands on, enthusiastic and able to perform in this fast moving, food-led environment. The perfect Junior Sous Chef candidate will be able to work and produce under pressure and be a key member during service. This role would suit a Chef who has professional experience with high volume and a natural passion for British produce. Successful Junior Sous Chef candidate will have a fresh food background and also be able to demonstrate professional experience in a fast moving kitchen.

Candidates for the role of Junior Sous Chef will have great people skills and an approachable personality. This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious chef looking for a long and exciting challenge with the opportunity to grow with in this progressive company.

Due to the location and the nature of the role, candidates for the role of Junior Sous Chef are required to have their own transport.
