Our client operates a stunning Country House Hotel. Set in the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside this country house hotel is the ideal place to relax and indulge. The Food and Beverage department here is extremely busy. With a multiple rosette awarded restaurant and a flourishing wedding trade the kitchen and front of house team are dedicated to delivering a high standard of service.

The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Commis Chef to join their kitchen team. The role will include consistently producing food to an award winning standard and assisting the kitchen team in the smooth running of all services. Candidates should have a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Successful applicants should have previous knowledge of top level professional kitchens.
