The Company

Our client operates a traditional English Village Inn set in the beautiful Bradford on Avon area. This pub prides itself on serving high quality food cooked to the highest standards. This Village Inn also offers newly refurbished, en suite rooms for those looking to get away for a while. Serving fresh, seasonal, home cooked food the restaurant is well known in the local area as a great eating out venue.

The role

We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over chef responsibilities and control the kitchen operation. Shifts would consist of split and straight shifts, working five days out of seven. This would suit an experienced Junior Sous or Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities would involve communicating with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the operation. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential.

What We Are Looking For

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience at Senior Chef de Partie level or higher.

· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
