Sous Chef - Bristol City Centre Restaurant - Sous Chef

Sous Chef required for popular fresh food restaurant, situated in the heart of Bristol. As Sous Chef you will be required to work closely with the Head Chef, managing the brigade and taking full control of the kitchen in the Chefs absence. The preferred applicant should have experience within a fast paced, fresh food environment. And ideally should be working as Sous Chef in their current position.
