A luxury hotel set in the beautiful Wiltshire Cotswold countryside, this hotel is acclaimed as one of the southwest’s most prestigious hotels. A beautifully restored Cotswolds Manor House, the hotel also boasts an exquisite Michelin star-awarded restaurant. This is the perfect hotel to get away from it all. The role We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Junior Sous Chef responsibilities and assist our Head and Sous Chefs. Shifts would consist of split and straight shifts, working five days out of seven. This would suit an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the running of the kitchen and pursuing further accolades. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential. Applicants MUST have experience working in Michelin Starred properties. What We Are Looking For · Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following: · Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or higher. · Experience working with fresh seasonal produce. · Previous experience working in Michelin Starred kitchens is essential. · Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills. · A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
