Job Description
We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join this experienced brigade of 10 in a 4 star Hotel in Gloucester. You must have strong leadership qualities, be able to motivate others and bring new concepts into the working environment. A very good atmosphere can be found in the kitchen working alongside the Head Chef who has been there for over 9 years and has won awards for excellence.
They are going to be pushing for Rosettes so experience in that field would be an advantage. Very high standards of work are required and experience in Banqueting an advantage but priority will be focused on the Restaurant with emphasis on Sauce and Pastry.
Working 8 hour straight shifts either earlies or lates depending on functions that day. All whites provided, meals on duty and no split shifts are involved.
