Junior Sous Chef required for 2 AA Rosette award winning kitchen in central Bristol.
Experience of cooking at a similar level is a must as the successful candidate will also run the kitchen on occasions. Just as key is that the candidate has real passion, flair and an energetic approach to food as well as a desire to build on this Restaurants already highly regarded reputation.
Good, proven, organisational skills are also as must as this kitchen is very busy and also caters for many in-house weddings and functions.
7 shifts over 5 days with roughly 50 hours.
