Our Client is seeking a Restaurant Manager, with Rosette experience for their prestigious country - house hotel with a distinctive dining experience, a strong sense of heritage and an exciting opportunity to help shape its next chapter. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operation within the restaurant. You will be providing the highest quality of guest service with the aim at all times to exceed expectations, ensure total guest satisfaction, maximize repeat custom and maintain quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the management team.

The ideal Candidate, will;

• Be driven, motivated, and tenacious.


• Possess a professional manner.


• Have Rosette level experience, within fine dining.


• Have a minimum of 2 years + in a similar role.


• Possess impeccable, leadership qualities to manage the team.


• Be able to motivate their Team.


• Be proficient at up-selling.


• Be able to demonstrate a successful career within restaurants which includes a sound knowledge of Food & Beverage, excellent customer care and management skills.


• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.


• Be enthusiastic, customer-focused and be able to work within deadlines.


• Have proven experience of managing a team and the ability to train, develop and motivate people to achieve targets.
