Restaurant Manager required for a 75 cover restaurant. Striving to build on the 2 AA Rosettes.  Looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to guide the team to achieve further accolades and deliver a world class service.

Restaurant Manager requirements:

Previous proven experience within a management role

Outstanding communication skills

Prior background within fine dining or rosette level establishment

Good knowledge of wines and spirits

Confident understanding of budget & targets
