Restaurant Manager ~ Breakfast/Lunch ~ Great Team

• £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, salaried plus tips


• 45 hour contract, straight shifts, daytimes only

• 28 days annual leave (rising to 33 days after 5 years)

We are recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at this busy, highly acclaimed hotel in Bristol. From Breakfast through lunch service, including conferences, you will supervise and manage the days team to deliver exceptional service and amazing customer experience.

You will need to be a morning person who is genuinely excited about a fast-paced, customer focused business. You will need to be able to take anything in your stride as you never know what each shift can bring.
