Our Client is seeking a Restaurant Manager, with Rosette experience, who will share their passion for English wines grown and harvested from their estate vineyard, as well as British ingredients prepared by their dedicated kitchen brigade, complimented by warm, friendly and informed service.

This is a luxury country retreat set amongst 65 acres of historic vineyard. Many varieties of grape, have been planted with a view to producing both still, and sparkling wines.

With vines planted across 15 acres of the estate, the vineyard is inspired by the renaissance of English viticulture to produce world-class wines from grapes.

Nestling below the vineyard lies one of England's few remaining ancient wet woodlands. Together, the woodlands, winery and vineyard combine to make this venue one of the most attractive, picturesque country estates in England for oenophiles and historians alike.

This is a also charming wedding venue, situated in the idyllic English countryside surrounded by scenic views and woodlands.

The venue offers a number of event spaces, to host various aspects of a wedding day. The sprawling lawns here, provide the perfect outdoor space for the wedding ceremony, with luscious green grass underfoot, and beautiful views all around them. Afterwards, the guests can transition to the Balcony for a relaxed drinks reception. This beautiful location offers panoramic views across the vineyard and the surrounding landscape.

The restaurant is an ideal space for an indoor wedding breakfast. Here, up to 100 guests can be comfortably accommodated for a seated reception. The venue also offers an array of overnight accommodation to choose from on-site. There is a beautiful Georgian farmhouse situated on the banks of the River Severn, with seven en-suite bedrooms. The space is ideal for a wedding party to stay before and after the celebration. This property also boasts an open-plan living space, a hot tub, private gardens, and much more. The venue can also offer, ten luxury glamping lodges, a wood-fired hot tub, a private veranda, and much, much more.

The elite culinary team here use only the finest and freshest ingredients to craft delicious event menus, as well as providing a memorable restaurant experience, for its diners.

The ultimate aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so they strive to make every meal an occasion for their guests. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operation within the restaurant, and for the weddings. You will be providing the highest quality of guest service with the aim at all times to exceed expectations, ensure total guest satisfaction, maximize repeat custom and maintain quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the management team.

The ideal Candidate, will;

• Possess a professional manner.


• Have Rosette level experience, within fine dining.


• Have a minimum of 4 years + in a similar role.


• Possess impeccable, leadership qualities to manage the team.


• Be able to motivate their Team.


• Be proficient at up-selling.


• Be able to demonstrate a successful career within restaurants which includes a sound knowledge of Food & Beverage, excellent customer care and management skills.


• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.


• Be enthusiastic, customer-focused and be able to work within deadlines.


• Have proven experience of managing a team and the ability to train, develop and motivate people to achieve targets.

In return for the above, you will be offered a salary between £28K - £35k. Regretfully, there is no accommodation available for this role long term, although relocation assistance may be available for the right Candidate. The salary is also open to negotiation, for an exceptional Restaurant Manager.
