Our client is a fantastic, unique venue in the centre of Bristol, with a great reputation.

The Role

Talented Restaurant Manager required to lead this friendly, hard-working team in the right direction.

The role of Restaurant Manager will include taking full control of the day to day running of the service alongside the Head Chef, consistently attending to the needs of guests along with developing the business on all fronts.

This role will suit an assistant Manager or Deputy Manager with experience in a similar role who is passionate about providing an unforgettable service.

Successful Restaurant Manager applicants are required to have a strong restaurant led background along with being front facing, friendly and extremely welcoming. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial knowledge and have experience with in a fresh food operation.

Hours to include split shifts to allow maximum presence during service times.

If you are strong at leading a passionate and chirpy team and controlling service, have an unrivalled knowledge of products and an infectious personality, then we want to speak to you!
