Circa £28,000 per annum

Plus £5,000 Service Tips per annum

The Company

Our client operates a luxury Georgian townhouse hotel set in the centre of the historic city of Bath . As a hotel renowned for its impeccable service and quality it is only fitting that it also boasts a fine dining multiple rosette restaurant. Located in arguably the most beautiful city in the country this hotel offers the perfect city break. This Hotel has recently retained its 3AA Rosette and is close to a coveted Michelin Star.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to lead this award winning team in this stunning property. This role would ultimately be the host of this Rosette awarded establishment, being on hand to provide an unrivalled service. The perfect candidate will have an exceptional knowledge of food and drink, especially wines along with an infectious personality.

The Restaurant Manager will need to be service driven, with previous experience at either Rosette or Michelin awarded restaurants. The ability to ensure service standards are met and exceeded is a must along with ability to nurture and train the team.

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in 2 or 3 Rosette or Michelin awarded fine dining professional kitchens is desirable.
• Previous Management experience with in a service driven restaurant.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.
• Career minded individuals wishing to excel.
