Our client operates a coastal Hotel property in this stunning part of Cornwall . The property itself is set in stunning grounds with views that are rarely beaten. After a recent extensive refurbishment, our client is renowned in the area. With a passion for refined service, our client is looking to continue and develop their offering in this gorgeous property.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Operations Manager to take on this key role in this property. The role of Restaurant Operations Manager will involve controlling this outlet, including the large cover restaurant along with overseeing the operational running of conferences, banquets and high profile dining parties.

The ideal candidate will be coming from a fast moving Restaurant environment and have a strong knowledge of Hotel operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with organising staffing logistics for events and restaurant service. An exceptional knowledge on service standards, wines and customer relations would be a huge advantage along with previous experience with staff training and motivation.

Successful candidates will have a refined outlook on hospitality along with a friendly and welcoming charisma. Working closely with other senior management, the role would include developing the food and beverage department.
