Chef job role

An exciting opportunity to pick up an ongoing job roles near Bridgwater, this Chef position offers a structured, professional kitchen environment with a great work-life balance. 

Chef responsibilities

• Compliance & Safety: Maintain immaculate standards of food hygiene, allergen control, and Health & Safety regulations.


• Team Support: Previous management roles would be essential as you will be expected to look after a team and kitchen.


• Stock Management: Handle correct storage, stock rotation, and minimization of food waste

Chef requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record working in professional kitchens, preferably CDP level or above. 


• Qualifications: Professional culinary certifications such as a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygine would be required.


• Security & Vetting: Many of the sites we have in the Bridgwater and Taunton areas are schools so having an Enhanced DBS is advised. We can assist with your DBS application if you do not have one.


• Location must be able to commute around the Bridgwater and Taunton areas.
