Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Full Time Receptionist, for a quaint intimate Hotel, situated in a pretty Cotswolds town.

You will find this lovely Hotel sitting proud on the quaint village green, alongside beautiful boutiques and honey-coloured cottages. This Cotswolds village, is located on the Worcestershire Gloucestershire border, surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of attractions.

The Role;

• Other administration work given by the Reception Manager to help broaden candidate’s outlook on the hotel as a whole – may include things such as arrival checks, A&D lists Chart checking etc. 


• Full training on booking system and hotel standards


• Must have previously experience in;
  
  
  
  • Reservation
  
  
  • Emails
  
  
  • Answering incoming calls to the hotel
  
  
  • Check In and Out to AA Standards
  
  
  • First Impressions… etc
  
  
  
  

What we need from you;

• Must have at least 2 years previous experience in similar style of Hotel


• English as a first language, with excellent communication skills of importance


• High standards in Customer Service


• Preferable a Local live-out person with knowledge about the local area

We offer;

• Straight shifts – appx 40 - 45hrs per week. Mixture of Early, Lates and ‘middle’ shifts.


• Salary £17,500 per annum

• Live-in is available for this position at £52.85 per week, with the staff house in the village, roughly 10mins walk from hotel
