Receptionist – 3* Boutique Hotel Bath – Receptionist

£8.00 per hour and £20 a sleepover

Our client is a luxury boutique 3* hotel located in heart of the city of Bath . This stunning privately owned townhouse hotel is beautifully decorated. Each room has is with an individual style and equipped with all modern conveniences. This stunning hotel truly epitomizes luxury style and elegance

The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist to join the team within this luxury Hotel.  Candidates will be responsible providing exceptional customer service and information to guests, as well as liaising efficiently with all other departments in the hotel. Responsibilities will include the checking in and out of guests, ensuring the smooth running of the department. This will involve rooming guests, answering the telephone, banking, as well as dealing with reservations accurately and promptly. Applicants must be organised, friendly and have excellent customer service skills. Candidates will be required to stay on site 2 to 3 times from 12pm – 7am.
