The Company

Our client operates a luxury boutique Georgian townhouse hotel set in the historic city of Bath . As a hotel renowned for its impeccable service and quality, it also boasts a fine dining, multiple rosette restaurant. After a review and restructure, our client is looking for a front of house professional that is able to bolster their offering.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager to lead this team in this stunning property. This role would ultimately be the first point of contact in this awarded establishment, being on hand to provide an unrivalled service. The perfect candidate will have strong reception skills along with an infectious personality. As the Front of House Manager you will be responsible for three departments, Reception, Porters and Reservations.

The Front of House Manager will need to be service driven, with previous experience in revenue management and have strong supervision skills.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have a driving license.
