Assistant Pub Manager Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Pub Manager join a 2 AA Rosette gastropub in the Wiltshire countryside. This estate boasts its own brewery, farm and farmshop on site. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with experience in a similar environment, who want to progress in their career as there is an opportunity to become General Manager within a few months.
Assistant Pub Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leading a team in a 2 AA Rosette environment is preferable
- Ability to help motivate and guide a large team
- Confidence and clear communication skills
