Circa £24,000 per annum

Plus £3,000 tips per annum

The Company

Our client operates a contemporary, unique restaurant led gastro pub with 18 ^th and 19 ^th Century architecture still intact. This restored village pub offers delicious locally sourced food at an exceptional awarded standard. Part of a small and independent group, they are currently enjoying a very strong trade along with local and national awards and coverage.

The pub itself has a warm, welcoming and friendly feel, recently refurbished and opened, our client is looking for the people able to take this business in the continued desired direction.

The role

We are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join this friendly and award-winning team. The role will include assisting in the day-to-day running of this busy establishment, consistently attending to the needs of guests.

This role will suit an strong Assistant Manager who is passionate about providing an unforgettable service along with a love for local produce. Successful Deputy Manager applicants are desired to have a restaurant led background along with being front facing, friendly and welcoming. The ideal Deputy Manager will have a passion for food along with the ability to think on their feet and be confident to run the operation in the absence of the General Manager. The successful Deputy Manager will have the opportunity to join and assist in pushing this establishment to further glory. A strong Barista knowledge is also required from all candidates.
