Circa £21,000 - £25,000 per annum

The Company

Our client operates a traditional Pub in the heart of the Dorset coast. With a love for locally sourced produce cooked to an exceptional and homely standard, our client is using their food offering to lead this warm feeling establishment forward. Our client has created a good following for their offering and is now looking for the staff to assist in this exciting time.

The role

We are looking to recruit a Front of House Manager to lead this friendly team. The role of FOH Manager will involve managing the operation including rota’s, event preparation and briefing. Working along side the owners, key parts of this role will involve developing the business and eyeing gaps in the market.

The FOH Manager will also oversee the management of the Cellar along with maintaining all documentation.

The perfect FOH Manager will be professional, friendly and out going with a natural passion for providing exceptional service to all guests. Candidates will also be able to demonstrate strong training skills and be able to put this into practice, allowing the current team to develop their skills.

Due to the location and the nature of the role, candidates are required to have their own transport.
