Senior Pizza Chef;

 

At a Glance:

*        Generous salary of £35,000 per annum, plus tips.

This exciting new venture, opened its doors in in a thriving, bustling tourist village in the centre of The Cotswolds, in the first quarter of this year.

Due to the response it has received, and increased business demands, they are now seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join their small, friendly kitchen team to create delicious pizzas based on their amazing recipe.

All of the necessary equipment needed is in place. You would have at your disposal, a Marana Pizza Oven 110 dual fuel, which makes it a dream to make pizzas.

Their intention is to make the best pizzas in the area, and they are keen to always have the best team possible to help them grow the business. In addition, they import the best ingredients possible, direct from Italy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas out of their menu and based on custom orders.


• Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.


• Recommend new recipes to update their menus.


• Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.
  
  Requirements and skills

• Work experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant


• Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs


• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and stone oven


• Understanding of food hygiene


• Good time-management skills


• Team spirit


• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
