The Role
This role is for someone looking to be hands on with excellent communication and logistical skills. You will be working alongside the company Operations Manager to oversee the operations of all events and beverage facilities, both front and back of house.
The main duties will include
- Ensuring all preparations are made for Events and daily House use, including preoperational meetings, ordering and brand standards.
- Working with the Event Operations Manager to ensure effective and efficient event production and customer journey.
- Having responsibility of all bars onsite, including par levels, stock control, staff training, GPs and bar cleanliness.
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality beverages are served to customers, supported by updating SOP’s & working on team performance
- Working with the Senior Leadership Team on product development as considered from customer feedback and market trends.
- Meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure all aspects of event operations and venue policies & procedures are adhered to.
- Overseeing the set up and smooth running of all events and guest stays.
- Attend weekly operations meetings to ensure all plans are in place for each event and guest stay.
- Signing off on event rotas.
