Kitchen Manager – Fast Food Production Kitchen

Kitchen Manager required to head-up the operations at this newly launched fast food production kitchen in the Stapleton area. As the Kitchen Manager, your role is to own every aspect of the job in order to create a seamless work environment for yourself and your team. You should treat the business your own to achieve maximum productivity and profitability.

Day to Day…

• Control and direction of the food preparation process.


• Recruiting, Managing and working closely with other kitchen team members.


• Determining of ingredient needs, stocking and ordering to par levels.


• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all health, safety & hygiene regulations.


• Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure all delivery standards are met.

The Package…

• Salary range £35,000 - £40,000, paid hourly £13.00 to £15.00


• 48 hour, full-time, permanent contract


• Straight shifts
