Junior Sous Chef required for a luxury hotel on the out skirts of Bath. This Junior Sous Chef role involves the opportunity to work within a highly motivated team working with fresh, home grown ingredients.

This role is ideal for a motivated Junior Sous Chef with experience working in a fast paced kitchen, delivering high quality food.

Requirements:

• As Sous Chef, you will have the ability to communicate and cooperate effectively,


• You must have your own transport due to the rural location,


• Previous experience in a Fine dining environment
