Overview…
We are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef from a branded background to join the team at this great venue in Bristol. You will be joining a large established brigade, in an all-day operation, working with the finest ingredients, serving from Breakfast until late. You will have experience of working within a busy team in a fast-paced environment, at a minimum of Chef de Partie level. You will have sound knowledge of European food from small plates, grills, sourdough pizza, healthy salads and snacks.
The role is ideally suited to those already working in a branded environment, eager for career development and progression within a highly rated company.
