Salary: £22,000-£24,000
Hours Per Week: 45-50
Our Client is a high standard hotel within the Cotswolds. Part of a small Group of properties, they are currently looking for a Junior Sous. This can be a Senior Chef De Partie looking for their next step, or an existing Junior Sous already working at 2/3 Rosette level.

They are currently looking for a strong Junior Sous Chef who will help support the kitchen in delivering exceptional food quality as well as driving the food concept and quality forward.
The future member of their team will:
•Have a genuine passion and knowledge of quality food with emphasis on using fresh, local ingredients.
•Be a hands on Chef, taking responsibility for your/their section whilst ensuring the team is working correctly and efficiently.
•Assist in the training of junior team members, promoting culture of internal development within the kitchen.
•Have a creative vision, showing a willingness to participate in the design and compilation of seasonal menus.
•Possess strong internal customer care skills, actively promoting strong working relationship between the kitchen and front of house department.
•Have experience of a 2/3 rosette or 1 Michelin star kitchen, or equivalent.
