The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous Chef with a stable background to join this award-winning brigade. The role of Junior Sous Chef will involve producing food items to a high standard along with the supervision and training of junior members of the team. The role of Junior Sous Chef would suit an experienced Senior Chef de Partie who is looking to progress or an existing Junior Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge in this progressing kitchen. The ideal candidate will have all the skills needed to undertake this role. Candidates for the role of Junior Sous Chef are required to have previous professional experience with in a Rosette awarded kitchen along with experience in a similar environment. This is the ideal first step for a Chef to take the first step into a junior management role with in the kitchen environment.

Due to the remote location and the nature of the role, candidates require their own transport.
