Each of their rooms are beautifully decorated, styled and equipped with all modern conveniences it very much deserves its fabulous reputationThe RoleWe are looking to recruit a passionate and vibrant Junior Sous Chef to join their friendly kitchen team. Candidates will be working within this outstanding Hotel creatively producing some of the finest food using only the highest quality ingredients. The role of Junior Sous Chef is a hands on role in which you will learn more of the management side of the business and supervise more than one section at a time. As Junior Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in developing, managing and motivating the team, and assist in maintaining and achieving budgeted food costs. The role involves menu creation and planning.
