The Company

Our client operates a well established, city centre hotel. This position offers excellent progression within a National hotel brand. This delightful Georgian building is set amongst 7 acres of beautifully maintained gardens and is a short walk from the centre of the iconic city of Bath . The role

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to take this exciting role and assist our Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen department. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the management of a very busy kitchen environment along with producing food items for the restaurant, room service and banqueting clients. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential for this role along with a natural flair in the kitchen. The perfect Junior Sous Chef will be coming from a multi-outlet operation and have experience working to a 2aa rosette standard.

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience at Senior Chef de Partie level or higher.

· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.

· Previous experience working in a 2AA rosette awarded kitchen is essential.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A passion for quality food and outstanding customer experience.
