Our client operates a stunning guesthouse located in the heart of the historic city of Bath. Surrounded by beautiful architecture, it only fitting that the rooms here highlight the striking period features. The family business also runs four equally well presented self catering apartments. Within walking distance of all the cities tourist destinations this guesthouse is the perfect place to spend the weekend.

The role

As Head Housekeeper you will oversee the quality and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all sides of the housekeeping department and will be in charge of six part time staff members. It is essential that you ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met and exceeded. You will also be in charge of ensuring that all additional beds are organised in advance and that all linen is cleaned and maintained. All staff training and rotas will also be your responsibility. Successful applicants will have previous experience in a similar role. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your self.
