Head Chef role:
The venue is situated in a 400-year-old former vicarage in the heart of Wiltshire. Looking for a hands-on approach to kitchen management, demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients is essential.
Head Chef requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Kitchen management and communication skills. Be confident in Food safety management, ordering, stock takes and Planning rotas (company laptop provided).
• Own transport is essential due to the location.
• Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
• Day to day management of your venue kitchen. From food preparation and service to ensuring high standards of cleanliness are kept.
• Daily ordering from suppliers, monthly stock takes.
• Working within our food and staffing budgets to maintain financial standards.
